Novel Candle Co packages and ships all candles using state of the art packaging designed specifically for our candle vessels to ensure they reach you safely! We ship via USPS.
Anticipate a two week processing time on all orders. Processing time is that between when you place your order and I print your shipping label and your packahe is picked up by USPS. Processing times do not include actual shipping time.
If any candles or wax melts arrive broken or damaged please email hellonovelcandles@gmail.com with your order number and photos and a replacement will be sent!
Please be sure packages are not delivered to or left in a hot location. Melted/burned candles in any form are not eligible for refund/replacement.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we DO NOT collect VAT from you upon ordering. Be prepared to pay these fees as required by your respective country. Novel Candle Co is in no way responsible for these fees and any packages returned to me will not be refunded or returned without further shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding!
