All of Novel candles are made to order. Before you purchase please be aware that we have a standard processing time of 3 weeks and candles and wax melts will be shipped approximately 3 weeks after payment is received. Our goal at Novel Candle Co is to get you your products in as quickly as we can! Summer Shipping: Candles and wax melts are designed to melt when heated. So be cautious when shipping during warm summer months! We will ship candles Monday-Wednesday during the summer months to avoid the potential of your products spending the weekend in warmer warehouses, however once the candle is scanned through to USPS it is out of our hands! Please keep an eye on your tracking number and minimize the length of time your package spends in a warm mailbox or on your porch steps. We are unable to replace items due to melting, however we have not had an issue with this in the past! We use the faster and most reasonable shipping option to do our best to make sure you get the high quality product you expect from Novel Candle Co. We just ask that you take extra precautions during warm months especially if you live in a much warmer region!
Each order placed ships USPS Priority Mail and will come with a USPS tracking number once it is shipped. If you have any broken glass vessels please reach out to us with photos and the item details and we will happily mail you a replacement. We are not liable and can not replace any lost or stolen packages.

- dented tins.
- melted candles. PLEASE pay attention to tracking notifications if you live in a warmer region.
-lost or stolen packages.
WE WILL REPLACE:
-broken glass vessels. Send us photo proof of damage and your order number and we will replace your broken candle.
