WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

The Novel Candle Company ships worldwide!

All orders will ship from our warehouse in Washington State, USA and can take up to six weeks to arrive. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and any applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The Novel Candle Company is a small family business and our processing times reflect the hand crafted quality of care you've come to expect from us! Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to fully process and your tracking number to update.

Every single product is hand crafted at The Novel Candle Company LLC located in Cheney, Washington USA.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The rate charged for the shipping of your orders is based on the weight of your products and location. Before confirming your order in checkout, you will be shown the final cost of your shipping based on the items in your cart.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

You are able to change your address before your shipping labels are printed! Just email us at hellonovelcandles@gmail.com. Once your order status is "label created but not yet in system" we are unable to change your address and you will have to contact the carrier to attempt to have your package rerouted.
